Cancellation Policy

Safety Waiver & Consent: Before your dog’s session, please confirm the following safety checks and agreements: Pre-Session Checklist: Please check items and confirm your dog will be prepared with the following: - My dog will not eat within 1.5–2 hours prior to the session. - My dog will have had a chance to relieve themselves before the session. - My dog’s nails will be trimmed to a safe length. - My dog is in good health and free from injury, illness, or contagious conditions. - My dog will arrive with a properly fitted collar or harness. - My dog has no known aggressive behavior toward dogs or humans. - I give permission for photos/videos of my dog to be used for progress reports and marketing. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. - Cancellations made with 24+ hours notice will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session. - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will receive a 50% refund of the session cost. - No-shows may not be eligible for a refund or credit. Liability & Consent Agreement: By checking the box below, you agree to the following: - I understand that exercise carries inherent risks and I accept full responsibility for my dog’s participation. - I confirm all health and behavioral information provided is accurate. - I agree that Pawsitively Active may refuse service if safety risks are identified. - I authorize emergency veterinary care at my expense, if needed. - I release Pawsitively Active and its staff from liability for injury or illness, except in cases of proven negligence. - I understand cancellations may be subject to a policy.
